This track has the best balance in volume of instruments that you have!
only 2 things I'd have done to this track.
move the 2 guitars away from each other by panning (and using different distortion effects (unless you wanted to keep it mono) and make a more interesting bass line :P

not bad... The last words tho sound a little out of tune with the melody...

I think it was generally well put together... some bits I think the volume peaked a bit..
some of the ...random voices I think make it seem even more comical :P

see if you can find a native instruments library library... they have some good drum samples... variation is vital :P

don't make you're cymbals too loud, and of course as others have stated... work on the voice.
